Our cottages can be hired individually or together in any combination – perfect for large group parties, or for those who want to holiday together while enjoying the extra space and privacy of separate living and dining spaces. Using all five cottages, Mocketts Farm can sleep 51 guests in fixed beds across 23 bedrooms, with additional cots, camp and sofa beds also available.

The majority of the cottage bedrooms can be configured as either double, twin or family rooms, creating bespoke sleeping arrangements to ideally accommodate even large groups.
Dining For Large Groups
With a multi-cottage stay you’ll have all the benefits of private dining spaces in each cottage. If you want a multi cottage option with large dining spaces to seat your whole party, The Saltings’ dining suite seats 18, while The Farmhouse table seats 22.

Accessible rooms and bathrooms or wet rooms can be found in Marsh View, The Saltings and The Farmhouse, for parties with extra mobility needs.

A large group holiday wouldn’t be the same without every member of the family. Each of our cottages is dog friendly, with a large shared exercise paddock* for use of Mocketts Farm Cottages guests ONLY and slots should be pre-booked using the button below. All cottages also have fully fenced dog safe gardens.

Gorgeous rural setting! We hired out the entire complex and stayed for our wedding weekend, it all worked perfectly for us! They are in a stunning location with beautiful views in all directions. The kitchens are fully supplied with plenty of plates/glasses/pots/pans/etc. We had catering from The Ferry House one night, which was delicious and very smoothly managed by the team. A lovely stay.
Myself and my bridal party stayed at Mocketts Farm the night before my wedding at The Ferry House. We stayed in Fleet Lodge, Harriet’s Nest and The Saltings. Could not fault the stay. The cottages were a great size, couldn’t believe how big the living space and bedrooms were. Lovely views to wake up to and so peaceful around the cottages. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
