When it comes to planning a holiday for a large group of people, our cottages cover everything you need. Shared social spaces are perfect for group gatherings, while separate bedrooms with flexible sleep setups maintain that sense of space and privacy so essential to family harmony. No stepping on toes here!
Our eight bedroom Farmhouse is the largest of our cottages and a natural choice for a large group holiday. It’s vast open plan ground floor keeps everyone together, with an impressive 21-seater dining suite, a well-equipped kitchen (and separate utility area), and a spacious and comfortable lounge. With accessible ground floor rooms and family room options, it’s flexible sleep setup is ideal for large groups with a wealth of accommodation needs.
Don’t forget the large private garden and the Mocketts Farm shared games room – great entertainment spaces for all the family.
Need to sleep more than 21? You can rent any combination of our cottages for a supersized large group holiday. The Saltings offers a further 6 ensuite bedrooms and another fantastic and spacious open plan layout. With vast windows, traditional farm building features and an 18 seater dining suite under a double height ceiling, you have an enormous sense of space and light, as well as impressive architecture.
A further three cottages offer a flexible ‘bolt on’ to your large group stay. Marsh View sleeps 8+ in four bedrooms, Fleet Lodge sleeps 6+ in three bedrooms and Harrier’s Nest sleeps a cosy 4+ in two bedrooms. Additional cots, camp and sofa beds are also available in selected cottages.
